Set up a display at the entrance
Open Kanta on a tablet, spare phone, or laptop at your office entrance. The app shows a live QR code that rotates every sixty seconds. Nothing to print, nothing to laminate — and screenshots go stale in a minute.

Employees scan
Download the mobile app, log in with the credentials the admin shared, and scan the QR on arrival. Scan again on the way out.

Geofence verifies presence
Each location has a radius. Employees must physically be within it — not just have a picture of the QR. Indoor GPS accuracy is tuned generously so the right people never get blocked.

Managers see it in real time
Live dashboard: who's in, who's late, who's missing. End of the month: tap export, send to payroll.
